The general objective of DIGGING is to improve the digital competences of future teachers, and for that purpose, a set of actions will be developed in the framework of the project, which expect to obtain the following results:

• To create a Common Digital Competences Framework for the project countries, including a set of benchmark test questionnaires to measure the evolution of the acquisition of these competences.
• To create the technical environment for setting up the project's Statistical Analysis System.
• To create a guidance and training service in digital competences with active methodologies for teachers in the faculties of Education.
• To create a repository of resources co-created by students and teachers that will address the digital skills and competences selected from the results of the benchmark tests.

To conclude this project, in which we collaborate with partners from various European universities and organisations, we want to present the results platform to more than 50 education professionals. On this platform, we make a wide range of open educational resources freely available.
