The objectives and the relevance of the role of the partners for data collection are discussed (participants are future teachers in training at the university and university teachers). The aim is to reach 1,260 students and 42 teachers, who must be linked to educational technology subjects. For the process, it is necessary to know the initial level of competence and the evolution with the co-created and selected resources to improve the level. The students will know their results to focus on the skills/abilities to improve.
